Experiencing peace with food while honoring your authentic health is possible.  It starts with sharing your food and/or body struggle with someone safe and trained to help you make sense of it all.  That’s where our work together can begin, when you’re ready.

Kris is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s in Public Health. She trained with Ellyn Satter and is both a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Internal Family Systems Practitioner. She’s a life-long learner of sustainable behavior change modalities, trauma-informed care and science-based nutrition.
